Maybe not all but some really need max bet to have a chance to win the grand jackpot. I rem the old Empire Strike Back Jackpot was like this.

Usually, you need max bet to increase your chance for the grand jackpot.

To win on playing the min bet is really really super lucky.

The Sky Casino Silver room has kopi but strictly only for those who are super non-fussy about their coffee. It's quite bad. Personally, I won't touch it unless I'm desperate.

Now converted to Gold Room. So only Gold member can go in. Silver need Gold member to sign you in.
