Haven't been there ever since they revamp.
Coming here to seek some advices.

1. What food are nice there? (Heard got suckling pig, burger n lobster?)
Can recommend some 'must try' food and some 'budget' food court food.

2. Heard there's a premium outlet? is it walking distance from FW? or need to cater bus/taxi to go?

3. Last time the mid mountain tzhi char mushroom farm restaurant still have?

4. What's the best mode of payment there? Change in sg bring cash or use credit card?

5. Heard casino is packed n crowded... Not a real enthu but will defintely go in and have a look.
Can advice what dos and don't in there? Anything to take note?
If crowded can i just place my own bet while standing or stack onto others' ?

6. Is the genting card useful? buy food or anything can earn points?

7. Theme park worthy to visit? Normally how long u need to spend there?

8. There's a night club there, is it sleazy? Can bring parents go in have a cup or 2 then go back?

Understand some qns might be up to personal preference, pls don't bombard me as im just throwing out every qns i have in mind as it is almost 6 yrs since i went.

2. Heard there's a premium outlet? is it walking distance from FW? or need to cater bus/taxi to go?

Take Awana Cable Car to Genting Premium Outlet

3. Last time the mid mountain tzhi char mushroom farm restaurant still have?
Mushroom Farm 8346 Mie Grand Seafood Restaurant?
Its not that popular.

Take cab to other nice restorans mostly around the Awana golf course.

4. What's the best mode of payment there? Change in sg bring cash or use credit card?

Cash still the main currency if you dont intend to visit theme park.
But u can still topup cash into Genting Rewards card if you happened to own one.

5. Heard casino is packed n crowded... Not a real enthu but will defintely go in and have a look.

Weekends is a nightmare everywhere, theme park, shopping mall, eatery, casino.
Thats why I reach there Sunday, when most visitors starting to leave.

6. Is the genting card useful? buy food or anything can earn points?

Yes, earn points and get free rooms and other free vouchers (food, show, special events)

7. Theme park worthy to visit? Normally how long u need to spend there?

If you visited USS or Disneyland, you can give it a miss, it is less fancy.

8. There's a night club there, is it sleazy? Can bring parents go in have a cup or 2 then go back?

Its like open-air pubs in Clarke Quay or Holland V, but just cooler weather.
No sleazy ones

Its big difference since 6 years ago.
It is like comparing Funan Centre now and then.

still as crowded, ghost month or no ghost month. In fact, i think fair to say lagi more humans.

those staying at highlands or gg or plat cards even if staying at fwh can book 18th floor HL swimming pool if keen. but dont think you will wanna parade all the way from fwh or wear your usual clothes only to remove all of it.

cant rem how many sessions per day, 5 pax per session, 60min each session

book at counter

nearer timing, either call or go counter, someone will go lift and hit the 18th floor for you

got towels, just put on your robe or go commando also can

restaurant still closed

Anyone can share the coach lane jam at Tuas custom(Singapore side) on Sunday night like. I took a coach once and the jam was for more than 2 hours. Is it still the same?
