There are 2 Rewards counters.

one is above First World hotel which is very long Q.

4-5 counters

(About 60-70+, not forgetting some are queueing for older family folks sitting in the rest area)

2nd one is at Genting Hotel, opp the bread shop. This Q is shorter.

I walk to Genting hotel, Q for 1 hrs+

2-3 counters

(There is about 20-30 people not shown in this picture in the inner room)

Nowadays RichDad and Baba Jia open as early as 5.30am for breakfast

but i was offered highlands this mth because of happy bd to me

I wonder if they stop offering me free rooms this month ever since I became a regular goer on a monthly basis

all i can say is depending on your tier n donations u will be given correspondently. but surprises are there for eg. in sep 2022 i was suddenly offered a choice of gg, maxims n worldclub but for almost immediate stay like two three days ahead only which i booked because i so happened already planned it. for tpt of course easiest was to drive up.
moreover while i was there i cld even last minute extended 2 nights. that was enjoyable.

I was not able to find any available rooms (first world) for early November. May I know where can I book the rooms. Not a regular contributor so I don’t think I have any free rooms…
