Dear Gurus

Need some advice.

Going up to Genting in December, bringing parents+kids. Got the WTS package with resort hotel, they mentioned need membership card before able to check in. Been many years since I went up, dunno where the card is liao. However, managed to link the rewards account to newly set up online account.

1. I tried to do replacement of card online but my ID in the GR is nric. Online renewal requires to key pp/ic then upload a copy. Can someone advise how to key this portion? Key NRIC then upload new pp? Or upload IC?

Concerned cos with elderly n kids then saw that the mentioned queue here is 4hrs? Mine silver tier only.

2. Any recommendations on kids-friendly activities?

3. If not replacing sg sim card, what wifi router is recommended? Changi wifi need to collect at the airport so quite inconvenient. Any reviews on Yogofi? Need something that can connect at least 10 devices (or i can get 2 for 5 devices each).

4. Years ago when we go it's like quite safe. Not sure if it's still the same after many years now?

Regret never check here earlier if not will hire private car to go up instead. Hopefully everything else goes smoothly.

1. I believe can only bring physical passport to the GRC counter to change. You might want to try the membership counter that is beside genting grand opposite the bakery shop.

For year end december period, no hotels available at the main areas, what would yall recommend?

Which date? I just checked last week of Dec (via the genting app) still got rooms, FWH, Highlands, resort all got

I got my physical Youtrip card via mail on the 4th day I downloaded the mobile app and register.
Resolut took about 1.5week.

Wanted to try my luck at casino but could not login with my pin. Went to guest service near skycasino to change pin, and was told that my card was invalidated as my passport has expired. And I was given an appointment at 2am to change a new member card.

On the other hand, my friend used his ic to register for genting member and he can login in casino. He requested to renew his card, but was told by guest service that the card is valid and he should come back on 1 Jan 2023 for renewal. Both of our card expiring next month.
