As I booked first hand, most of my bookings are World Club, HH Premier or GG Premier room. I will not call on the first open up on room bookings. Usually call for amendments.

last time got host call shiok shiok

now i just email for amendment......unless peak period then call for "hope"

Also depends on how much you use your card when playing. Past few trips I didn’t really use my card and now suddenly they tell me I don’t qualify for world club room anymore 😭

To qualify for:
1) Premium room
2) Transport subsidy 200RM or 500RM cash.
3) Freebies (durian vch, concert tix, CNY vch)

Hearsay:
To earn XXX TP in one day, 0000 to 2359hr.
Just once per year or few times a year.

I only got the transport subsidy once this year during the birthday month. Nothing else for the rest of the year. It really depends on their marketing.

I always refer here for the latest exchange rates before I travel. Just to manage my expectation before I pop over to the money changer. Hope all of you find it useful too.

If you are contemplating to buy something (be it concert ticket, theme park ticket, food, etc) on the RWGenting website or app, do note that TP/GP will only be earned when they are utilised or consumed (but not on the date of their purchases).

after check out (not check in) then u'll see ur points added!!!

When I dont get the email on transport subsidy, I just go to the cashier and check, and I got it.
Subsequent months, I get the emails.
