As per last weekend, the milo and latte machine at Silver Lounge was no longer available. Will need to go to level 3 to get. Troublesome.. maybe they are doing cost cutting.

Gold vs Silver
Am currently holding on to the Silver Card. Can I check if I should upgrade to Gold Card? Cos I mostly play at level 1 and 2 only. If I upgrade to Gold Card, then the points I earn will not be eligible to redeem meal vouchers and rice dumplings etc.

Reward
How often does the casino issue the 'ang pow' under Reward ah? I know Silver Card gets 500 game credits. Does Gold get more?

Room
The best free room I get using Silver card is FWH Superior Deluxe. Usually what rooms are offered to Gold card holders?

Thank you.
For Gold members and above, gaming at the common areas will still earn you points. However, only points earned at the VIP area will qualify us for the perks.

As for travel subsidies... I guess you will continue to be rewarded with the same amount, or probably more (based on your gaming profile). I waged heavier (and probably more fierce) than my elders and siblings, but I do not have any at all. Not sure why. I am cool though.

Room wise... as a Gold member, I have Genting Grand, Highland Hotel, Resort Hotel and First World Hotel. Concerts too, on and off, but they are not my cup of tea.

Thanks. Considering to change to gold this weekend when I go up. Still weighing the options.

The salted caramel latte machine is back working at silver lounge.
Also saw the durian booths set up outside genting grand. The durian taste very good last year when I tried.
Last years rice dumpling tasted better.

Hi all. I'll be heading up on 3 June to 6 June. Taking Transtar Solitaire. At the point of booking, only 2 seats are reserved, including mine. What's the possibility of them changing/cancelling the bus due to low no. of pax?

How do I find out whether I'm entitled to travel subsidy? Can Gold members enter the Silver Lounge?

Managed to secure Superior Deluxe @ FWH and it'll be a first time stay at that type of room. Is it much bigger than deluxe/standard?

Hopefully the slots will be looser for me this time round! Huat ah! Heh.

You may want to use booking app to check your trip booking seat occupation as of now closer to the trip date.

Just use kiosk to check the entitlement in the rewards tab. If don't have means don't have. Gold tier is higher tier than silver, so there's no problem entering silver club.

Superior deluxe room is about 1.5 to 1.8 times that of deluxe room.

the Superior Deluxe room type, they always had good view, its either facing Highland Hotel or Mountain.. no more unit to unit facing windows.
