Encounter this before, already in my favor, I saw the van speeding towards me, I can be 'right' or be safe, I choose to brake and wait. He went past the line then realised, and e-brake then reversed back, before I proceeded to turn.

There's only so much regulations can do, even with that much regulation such things still happen then it's useless and flawed thinking 'safety' stems from traffic lights.

At non-discretionary turn right(s), with the red arrow and no on-coming cars, vehicles behind me can horn me to get move. I wonder how they get their license.

Its a tactics to cause the car in front to panic and move off. I once see a "Bus" green light on and a car horn and the car in front panic and move off and the horning car calmly move forward and wait for the "Normal" green light.

I kena horn by bus when the "B" light come on also. I wtf... it's for bus, not car, LOL.

Also got cars stopped in yellow box, preventing buses from moving off when the green "B" sign is on. haha

I won't judge these, cos sometimes I miscue also end up in yellow box unintentionally, especially when the car just stop instead of pass it when amber. Then LL, become 'bad' person.

Micue is honest mistake. I saw at my bus stop are those really on purpose, like the yellow box is non-existence.

When you arrive after 10 cars, you don't see the yellow box as a miscue liao... those purposely one, quite obvious though.

I will wait longer till the green arrow sign appeared. Car behind cannot wait, can always over take.

Encounter a similar situation today but I think is just the driver blur sotong, non-P plate. Turn left arrow come on, he/she didn't move, car behind me horn him then he go. Two junctions later, we waiting to go straight on middle lane. Then turn left arrow come on, car on left lane horn the left lane lead car but the car in front of me moved 2m or so before realizing and stopped. Heng no pedestrians/cars
