If I've to. It will not be a rage quit.
I will just fire my boss.
I will just fire my boss.
U still dun get it, thinking u are very responsible.Yes indeed, thats why ppl like me they know they can squeeze and being targetted all the time obviously.. U think they dare to overload someone who is irresponsible or someone they cannot control and end up getting backfired?
But yes quitting without another job is not the smartest thing to do..
The colleagues just dun want to tell him they already retired from bitcoinCsb la, why would that person still keep in contact with ex corlicks and monitor their employment status?

long long ago maybeI tell you no ex colleagues will tell you to go back one....
true做到不开心就走... 外面天大地大不怕找不到工作...
2025了. Mental health is important.
Im not blaming anyone for what i did, yes im kum gong.. I already said its not the smartest things to do what.. u can say me low EQ.. The thing is some weak/good ppl like me, u can easily spot one.. No matter how strong we act, one can tell from a glance what type of person we are one and when we are powerless ppl will just step all over us one..U still dun get it, thinking u are very responsible.
U owner of the firm, how many shares or in % u own?
Really kum gong. N want to give u suggestions to improve, but nvm watch u suffer more shiok.
Throw ur resume out first and see how mah.its definitely easier to find a job while u still have ur current job.
Don't believe in reddit or EDMW la
You see: people say vote for opposition. In the end, many still living in abundance and voted for pap.
this is why i always advise younger guys to live a c heap lifestyle. don't be silly buy car and condo you cannot afford. build massive reserves, not hard to do if you're in STEM. so that when the time comes, you dont have to choose between mental health and starving. take a break, look for new jobs and come back feeling recharge. No pressure during downtime. As a ex-rage quitter myself, is would advise against rage quitting in current economy especially those with a lot of responsibilities
but if everyday feel like dying when going to work then quit bah for mental sake…
Yea agree with you… I often tell people to have some savings, personally I seen a lot of people who spent every single drop of their money and getting themself trapped on the job despite dissatisfaction…this is why i always advise younger guys to live a c heap lifestyle. don't be silly buy car and condo you cannot afford. build massive reserves, not hard to do if you're in STEM. so that when the time comes, you dont have to choose between mental health and starving. take a break, look for new jobs and come back feeling recharge. paycheck comes: keep some liquid in bank account, then dca into btc, voo and other index funds.
Many recruiters and hiring managers do unfairly associate being unemployed with being less desirable, even though someone might have left a toxic or unsustainable role which, in reality, shows strength, self-awareness, and integrity. But unfortunately, the hiring system often rewards optics more than context.Actually in principle the analogy that it is easier to find another job while being in a job is true.
But then again sometimes some people really needed to leave a toxic environment.
Yah lor, just like it is easier for a man to find another woman if he already has a wife or girlfriend cos it signals to other women that this man had undergone QC from a fellow woman so can trust him more. Many recruiters and hiring managers do unfairly associate being unemployed with being less desirable, even though someone might have left a toxic or unsustainable role which, in reality, shows strength, self-awareness, and integrity. And yes, when you're perceived as "in demand" (e.g., currently employed), you're often taken more seriously. It's a frustrating dynamic, but one that exists.
