Just buy from challenger. It's still selling 249 for 32gb wifi.

Last time i checked (see my earlier post below), open surface was selling tablet alone for $230. Case is another $30 so still cheaper than Challenger unless Challenger has freebies worth more than $19

It will charge fine. But u will need an adapter if u want to use the US charging adapter provided. Not transformer, but those adapter that can use those US flat 2-pin plugs.
