Would like to share some info, good and bad experiences.
Nexus 7 stucked at GOOGLE logo. Not even moving. Think kana soft bricked while trying to go back to stock and unroot using Toolkit soem thing went wrong.
Half way, suddenly PC cannot recognized Nexus 7.
Stuck at Google logo and the Nexus won't boot-up to Kitkat.
I guess, in the process of returning to stock, the tool kit erased off my original kitkak firmware and while trying to re-install, PC goes berserk. Error. And what makes it worst, I close the whole toolkit program. I may have plug out the oxygen mask unintentionally. Tablet is in COMA
Think it was in a SOFT brick state - like vegetable.

Only have power but no software/firmware to run... only show "Google"
Its still breathing but its not waking up ................................
Stayed calm, spent quite some time, go online to search and try.
Manage to get it back after some attempt and eventually managed to update to 4.4.2 Kitkat smoothly with no flaws this time.
Its a really hands on time- a learning period where things goes wrong.

If some one had problem , can't complete start up of their nexus 7 and need help - Just asked and I or someone will try to do my best to guide to assist you get over your problem.
BUT before asking try - Hold power button down for about 10-15 seconds.
Tablet will turn OFF. To get into fastboot mode - when Tablet is "OFF" state. Hold power and volume down key at the same time. After a while you will see the "andrioid" icon and some infos of your Tablet. That is fastboot mode. When you are in fastboot mode, your PC will then be able to detect your Nexus and install the necessary driver so that your PC can communicate with your tablet and can start do flashing process with Nexus Toolkit to revive your nexus 7 into working state.
