So I can use any bluetooth keyboard designed for Windows OS with my Nexus 7?

So far I have tested with 2 different bluetooth keyboards. No problem if you are not expecting to use any built-in short cuts keys... so far testing using microsoft BT keyboard, I can control the volume and mute function... didn't test much since I only use the keyboard as a keyboard

They replaced my speaker and screen in a couple of days and then called me. They probably have a long Xmas backlog, so I would call them before going down and waiting in that horrible long queue.

Received a sms in the morning and have collected it... No more screen lift BUT now there is screen bleed at the top... Hope it goes away... Otherwise, its another trip down >.<

Hey guys, I have been using my nexus 7 for close to 4 months now. However, I am still unable to find any good quality case for my tablet, anyone can recommend any good shop to get it? Seen many move ones on Amazon but most of them doesn't ship to Singapore.

Anyone getting rubbish idle battery life on their N7? I have changed the setting so that wifi is only on when the screen is on, but it still seems to go flat after a few days of non-use. I also have an iPad 2, I can leave that thing alone for weeks and it still has plenty of charge left.

Try portenzo. Can do customization. So far so good for me.

Wifi only model or 3G model?

Easiest way is to use apps to put it to airplane mode when screen is off.....if no rogue apps running airplane mode should make it last quite long.

try using Qoo10.sg to search for the Nexus 7 cases... mostly local seller and ships ok... make sure to look for sellers with already lots of items sold (... and without complaints)...

bought one from a seller there (though I got to him through this forum, and only through him I know this site)... and another for my ipad2... so far ok experience personally... please assess it yourself before making any purchase.

My Nexus 7 is dead! Refused to power up even when I'm charging it. Black screen keeps flickering and that's it.... 😔. What items do we need to bring down to the service centre? Just the Nexus 7 or we need to bring the box + charger + cable?

friend had similar problem, basically the battery needs to be taken out and plug it back, that's what the service pple did.

To open the back cover, can take a guitar pick and try to open.

Or else, try this, plug in charger, press power button and + for 30 secs to see it works.

Otherwise just bring the nexus 7 down, no need accessories, they should have it there.

Latest PA rom uploaded today should have the pie working on non-full screen mode, ie pie with status bar!

Anyone tried or trying soon? I'm currently still sitting on the fence. Too lazy to start flashing any thing on my nexus 7 at the moment and then restoring back to stock cause I'm waiting to see if the newly replaced speakers will get blown again..
