With the Pixel 10 series expected to be nearly identical to the current generation, color is how Google can physically distinguish the phones. A new leak today reveals the possible colors for the Pixel 10, 10 Pro, and 10 Pro XL.
According to Mystic Leaks (who previously shared the Material 3 Expressive redesign of Google Clock) today, the Pixel 10 will be available in:
  • “Obsidian (Black)”
  • “Blue (Blue)”
  • “Iris (Purple)”
  • “Limoncello (Yellow)”
  • Obsidian” is always a given and was seen in the “Ask more of your phone” leak. There’s no traditional light color (or Porcelain), with Google possibly having “Limoncello” serve that role. It’s unlikely that Limoncello will be the final name, but Google has previously used that as a moniker/stand-in for Lemongrass.

    • Pixel-Watch-Lemongrass-strap-2.jpg
    • official-pixel-7-case-lemongrass.jpg

Meanwhile, “Iris” would follow the Pixel 9a, while Google skipped “Blue” last year. There was of course the limited-edition Really Blue first-get Pixel, while the Pixel 2 had Kinda Blue. Then there’s the Barely Blue Pixel 4a, Bay Pixel 8 Pro, and Pixel 8a.

It will be interesting to see what shade of blue Google opts for as to not compete with Iris. If Google goes lighter, that could serve as another alternative to Porcelain.

Meanwhile, the rumored Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL colors are:
    • “Obsidian (Black)”
    • “Green (Green)”
    • “Sterling (Grey)”
    • “Porcelain (White)”

  • Obsidian” and “Porcelain” aren’t surprising, while “Sterling” sounds like something in the middle. It sounds staid, just like the Hazel Pixel 9 Pro that borders on gray depending on the lighting.
Hopefully, “Green” will be much more vibrant if we’re getting a proper gray in the lineup. A return of the Pixel 8 Pro’s Mint or Pixel 8a’s Aloe would be great.

They either turn things around with better/more efficient processor and modem or just continue milking their AI capabilities.
The gains will most likely be marginal, camera hardware no improvement. What's there left to advertise other than A.I.? You see the leak of the pixel 10 ad the tagline already say "Ask more from your phone." means A.I. shenanigans already.

Quite disappointing, their 1st gen/earlier gen pixels were actually quite good.

Strange ppl don’t like pixel phone which is really no horse run phone considering their 7 years support (machiam apple). I guess because of their CMI service centre. Quite cock because Google has such big presence in SG

No point having 7 years software support if your hardware is 7 generations behind competition and probably won't last more than a year. Their service centre is pretty decent considering for some cases they even replaced batteries for free post warranty. How big of a presence are you talking about here?

Google itself is huge in SG if you have been to their office. They should have some presence like Xiaomi la. Don’t even need to mentioned Apple. But I feel their hardware can last 7 years. Many Apple phone last 6-7 years unlike the Chinese. Xiaomi probably have 1 update and then game over

Google's main source of revenue is advertising and cloud leh, not pixel phones. Their revenue and market share for phones is significantly smaller and neglible compared to their profit generating businesses. Unlike pixel phones, Apple iphones actually have great hardware to begin with that comes with the premium price tag. Xiaomi/other china brands in recently years also promising at least 3- 4 OS upgrades and 5-6 years of security updates for their flagships so not sure where is your data coming from.
