Had anyone received the $250 credit from Google Store already? I bought on day of launch but 3 weeks liao still yet to receive.

On a serious note check the cables.

I'm using A to C. why should it matter?

anyway the behavior is inconsistent, I got it to charge with some other older chargers and cables. all using nA to C. basically some work some don't.

Very much prefer upfront discounts as opposed to the preorder $250 Google Store credits given the abysmal offerings on Google Store Singapore. I equate zero value to the $250 Google Store credits since there’s nothing on Google Store Singapore that I want and I am too lazy to buy some other products to resell. Haha

The pixel 7 battery costing more than the pixel 6a battery doesn't make sense when the capacity is slightly smaller. Haha

6a is lipo, 7 is liion. the p6 battery more ex than p7 then is the funny one.. when both using exact same camera.. and is alot more ex..

That's the whole issue.

Time to move on. A to C not all phones can charge using the A to C. It is much slower with the given protocol should only be 5v 1.5A. It is barely enough for a pixel. Other androids using other type of charging protocol can deliver other type of charging speed or higher wattage using an A to C cable. Such as Oppo/One Plus, Xiaomi etc.

But as long as the phone using USB PD protocol, that's a USB C to C. No 2 ways about it.
