Interested users can sideload the OTA, flash the factory image, or wait for the update to roll out.

The OTA update will roll out in phases depending on carrier and device. Users will receive a notification once it becomes available.

not entirely for me. but it appears to be slightly better.

I'm still having issues with bus but less with MRT. Payments at payment terminals also seems to be faster.

My guess as to why call screening won't come to Singapore: there are too many languages to cater for.

In US/Canada you can reasonably guess people will speak in English, and in Japan it's most definitely Japanese.

In Singapore, you have English, Mandarin, Singlish, Tamil, Malay, Hokkien, Cantonese, Teochew, and so many more languages that come up in daily use. It's almost impossible to transcribe reliably. Visually, all Chinese languages will be represented by Chinese script, but not everyone can actually read written Hokkien/Teochew/Cantonese, making Call Screen redundant.
