I'm looking for the Bezzera Crema or Strega too.

Lately I was in this acoustics club, one of these guys owned the Strega and I finally tested it.
The espresso produced from the same coffee taste is so much clearer and smoother than from my Double Boiler.

*Update*: It's okay, I got the Bezzera BZ10 since they have an offer. Very happy with it. :o

My bezzera is still solid, the strega has less moving parts so should be much more lasting. :)

I was thinking of buying a used BZ10 or bz13 unit for my office at carousel, but the listing are all gone. Not even the E61. Last year saw quite a few used ones. :(

looking at Dedica but need a seperate grinder which is abit ma fan leh. Cost and space wise

My 1st machine was a delonghi dedica too..

I would say its a good started machine, but once you get into it. you find that the extract may not be consistent enough + the steamer is not as good. And when you touch on higher end model, u realize its a machine limitation.

I always prefer a seperate grinder instead of a all in one.

Always get a separate grinder.

I think a lot of people went tru the dedica/single boiler then quickly upgrade to a better professional machine when they realised that the result is not up to what they expected. :(

Get a proper grinder in case you want to upgrade and you can still use the grinder. :o

Was about to say consider buying a used Bezzera BB005 grinder which has tanked with me for almost 10 years. Strangely, carousel now even the grinder also can't find. I clearly remember there were quite a few last year.

I got myself a breville dose control grinder

entry lvl experience for me. Start off budget and see how haha

My extraction so far is okay, anyone using single baskets here?
My extraction is far better with a double.

I'm thinking of getting a distribution tool but not sure if it helps.
