iirc gaggia are mainly single boilers, meaning can't froth and extract at the same time, need to run some procedures to cool or heat the machine to different more, very troublesome. :(

If you want to make nice lattes, get heat exchanger the best. :o

ya heat exchange is best liao if want to froth milk also if not it will take a while for single boiler to switch over n build up steam.

I had a cheap $100 coffee many yrs ago just like that until it broke and I was looking at heat x machine but got myself a dual boiler in the end lol

Got their signature blend #1, not as thick and creamy as toast box coffee, guess it's another order in for toast box.

Toast box should be full Robusta blend.. If you are looking at full Nanyang kopi.. my best bet is look for full robusta bean and use traditional sock instead of espresso machine .

Not full, blend of Robusta, Liberica, and Arabica.

Adds some smoothness while maintaining the Kopi aspect.

Yes toast box is using blend. I remember I read it somewhere and they using some atas looking roaster. :o
