Hi, I can't seem to find grabpay option in AXS. It's already been removed ? Thanks!

I used GPMC pay to Agoda.com to booking a Hotel in SG and using SGD. However, GPMC charged me with a 1% processing fee. Can I claim it back?

I doubt so because the billing entity of Agoda is located overseas not in Singapore. There is a processing fee even if you use other banks credit card.

My GrabPay Wallet has exceeded the maximum spending according to Grab Customer Service.
Now my money of $2+K is stuck inside the GrabPay Wallet and unable to transfer to others.
Writing to GRAB, team 1 pushed to team 2, then Team 2 push to team 3, end up team 3 pushed back to team 1.
But problem not yet resolved. Sigh!
Don’t know why GRAB is behaving like that.
Anybody can teach me how to transfer my money out?

Maybe ask them to refund to credit card

Can't even transfer?

Can use to order GrabFood or Grab?

Just tell them to refund to credit card. Quite str. Forward. Unless u trying to make them to transfer to your bank account instead. Assuming that's what you did, then u cant blame them.

Otherwise it shouldn't be that difficult. I did it last year, no issue at all and 2 days later money refund

Thanks! Have told them that but not sure how they going to refund me as I used several credit cards to Topup my GrabPay Account.
