I wonder why Grab is blocking the other wallet topups, though. Grab gets paid merchant fees from the wallet provider right? So should be the wallet provider like Revolt who should block right?

For example, Shopee pay is discouraging credit card topups by charging fee and encouraging Paynow top-up.

You forgot the chain at the start. Here's a very very simplified & assumed numbers for example,

Grab CC top-up: -3%
Revolut top up with Grab DC: +0.5%
Net loss: -2.5%

Grab PayNow top-up: $0.10
Revolut top up with Grab DC: +0.5%
Net gain: <0.5%

recently this card quite problematic. Have setup GPMC for recurring payment with one of the telcos. Initially smooth deduction for 1st few months. Then it stop deduction for month of Sep 2022. So i thought it was a one off event. Decided to wait and see. There was also no deduction for month of Nov 2022. Just contacted the telco and they replied that "they have to contact GRAB to understand the issue"
