Yah the quarterly rebate reflected in statement but actually credited to offset bill at end of 4th month same time as the grab rebate. So in a way everyone is correct.

but i tot its more like, end of quarter statement you get $300, 4th month THEN another $300. as if you stop spending after your quarter, your $300 is stuck, with expiry date. but your grab rebate $300 got no expiry date as its credited in.

For info, Qoo10 thread got few people say recently if pay at Qoo10 using Grabpay no reward points. But if pay using Grab mastercard got reward points.

DCC scam is the merchant's responsibility, not Grab. Should avoid this shenton insurance in future.

Merchant confirmed using local payment system and received quoted amount.

Reported to Grab and they say they will investigate why 1% more.

My bet is that Grab system wrongly tagged this as overseas.

Previous purchase in Dec19 with same merchant using UOB card did not have DCC.

You are not the only one, a lot of others still waiting. Why can't you use other credit cards for your large purchase, don't just depend on this grab pay card.

i’m topping up with my usual CC card also, cos i wan the extra grab points as i’m genuine heavy user haha

Like 20k I don’t have any samsung phone since apple 1. except a J4 that i gotten for free and nobody really using. Whats like a cheap phone with Samsung pay? Actually this whole thing ending already. devaluation soon lol.

His large should be >$200 cause that's paywave limit. Anything more you need your physical card.

Paywave should help I guess usually I can always do >$200. But a part of it will be overseas I think that place don’t wave. Sigh cant use top up cards anymore

I assume the virtual card cannot be used at retail stores right? sorry a bit backward when it comes to digital payment (other than using cc for online purchases).

They say 10 working days, which was around the time mine took. Virtual card cannot use at retail store, correct.

virtual card can be used for paywave via samsung pay.

this stoopiak card alot of merchants also don't accept, when i contact grab, the **** customer service gave me instructions on how to do his job for him: to email the merchant myself and request error log for him if still cannot.
