I just hit gold tier and then suddenly got the notification that physical card is free for a limited time(I have less than the 5000points/$10 in my balance yet could still apply without any deduction from my acc), anyone else?

I am on silver and obtained the physical card for free. No points/wallet deduction anywhere nor did they state whether it was going to be FOC or chargeable when I opted to get it

I remember I once got lucky with adding grabpay to 1 of my foodpanda acc&did a few orders with it,but then perhaps cause I already used it,I can't add it to another FP acc it gives me a we don't accept foreign card error, so I have to use dash instead

i'm on basic tier with no money in grab wallet and i got the same option to get the physical card with no fee. business must be bad

Pretty much yeah. I've only sporadically spent on Grabfood. Just decided to get the GPMC as a way to charge my Amex TCB at whichever places don't accept Amex once I've maxed my other cashback card.

Interesting that they're not enforcing the $10 thingy

Nope, just choose to get the card.

I had $0 in wallet and never used it before. Just straight up select to obtain physical card. No description or message anywhere that it's free or need to pay $10.

why? the amex true cashback can get 1.5% rebates.
