panelining very need, how you do it. panelining is my greatest enemy.

enamel wash smuggle the white. not all groove lines it will flow along .

i need one more rg strike

u mean neat?

gloss coat your parts after painting. then apply the enamel for them to flow through the lines. After which, just clean them off w the zippo or the enamel thinner and finish it w your desired surface finish topcoat.

if your parts' surface is matt, will leave smudges. another practise i do is once the cotton bud/tissue papers get dirty from the enamel cleaning, use a new cotton bud/tissue paper to do the cleaning, else the enamel on the cotton bud/tissue paper will smudge onto the surface again.

The industrial thinner used to clean AB is what brand had? I heard from hobby shop AAA thinner dun know if brand or grade. Only saw some three to four bucks thinner in hardware store. Bottle form. These the one?

coating gloss dun need to learn.. just zhua.. lol...

think its a matter of preference, for me, gloss coating on gloss white can help to protect the gloss white prior to enamel wash method, but some pple would apply the enamel panel on gloss color w/o the gloss coat, up to individual..

this is the gloss coat i have done for my enamel panel wash for your reference:

I using the gundam panel lining pen, those with fine tip and enamel thinner on matt white. on area where protruding up like RG freedom shoulder armor mentioned earlier.

it works and cleaner and neater than enamel wash as it dont smuggle as much like enamal.

but for groove digging in where pen cannot reach, enamel wash flow in and work better and cleaner for me.

but i want to do even finer lines like those in magzines... but need time to practise and play with...

yet to try coating. gloss will get "frozen" effect if just spray? my greatest worry

i like matt white mix with metallic blue and red. most of my kit are a mix of that. lol..

this freedom got deep metallic blue body with light metallic blue feet. worry coating can remove the blink blink looks

Oh man, just watched AGE 24:

I wonder what is Asemu thinking when he said that Zeheart is superior to Flit. Clearly he acknowledged earlier that Flit was in an outdated machine, the AGE-1.

And great knowing that Asemu didn't hesitate in destroying 2 of the Magician's Eight (Are there supposed to be 8 of them?), was really hoping for no more Kira Yamato-esque attitude.

He could have nabbed the 3rd kill if immediately after launching the missiles, fired a shot or two from the Double Bullet's new weapons. Could have destroyed Zeheart as well.

On a side note, kinda sad seeing how easily wasted Grodek and that Vagan kid was.

PS: I hate that Asemu is going to marry that Romary after he was clearly NTR'd.

i believe the word you are looking for is smudge.

if wrong spelling, i can understand but... smuggling and smudge is 2 different word...

btw, listen to sliver, gloss coat helps.

and if possible, get a fine brush, enamel black with zippo or enamel thinner to do panel washing. lesser cleaning up to do as compare to using gundam marker

Ahh...try fighting a few of them in multiplayer backed up by several brutes and ravagers. Chaotic and deadly. Painful.

That's the GP02 with MLRS and now that you've mention, it is only slightly thicker than the Banshee [About 3-4mm], surprising considering the size difference in the two kits.

And never played Mass Effect but the word Banshee reminds me of the horrors of my Bronze-ranked SC2 games.

Haha! I thought Aikiboy was referring to the HGUC boxes in the background. And yup, I'm sure your RG Freedom will look fantastic when it's completed.

And I think I know what you mean Aikiboy and as much as I hate to admit it, that's a Gundam Fix Figuration MK-III. I guess Plamoya sent me a good copy without obvious defects.

no wonder. I was expecting it to be light yellowish green like highlighter color..

in that case should I:

1) black>glosscoat>silver>fluorescent green

or

2) black>silver>glosscoat>fluorescent green

or

3) black>silver>fluorescent green>glosscoat
