If you're looking for really good (expensive) stuff then Sunshine plaza/M workshop is a good choice. But if you're looking for normal cheap stuff, places like popular sells them too. Your neighborhood hardware shop might also have.

alternatively u can check out Artfriend branches. they have similar knives to the knives tamiya carries.

Nice idea sia! like what you did by applying orange to the rest of the parts, why i didnt think about that

Oh thank you! Regarding adding some more orange, I felt that the initial colour scheme seemed to lack more contrast in the area between foot and torso. However in hindsight, I should have used white instead for the backpack flaps.


The RG Zeta looks really promising but for me personally, the ability to transform into Waverider mode is eclipsed by the announcement of a HGUC Delta Kai. I liked the pastel colour scheme and wonders if Bandai might surprise us with a Sinanju Stein.

Regarding hobby tools, I find it ironic that I left my Tamiya cutters aside and used this funky small cutters from Comics Connection sporting a dragon motif on its handles. But the same cannot be said for Xacto knife, you can feel the quality. Especially when you cut your fingers It's so sharp you get to see the blood bleed before you feel the pain.

i agree with with the xacto knife. It is really sharp. However, it rusted really quickly too, despite keeping it in a airlock bag $7 for a knife without extra blades is quite expensive imo. But like all hobby tools, u pay for the quality.

You can get art knives like olfa brand which is around the same as the tamyia which cost like $7-10 each depend on type you bought.

The fact is tamyia and olfa art knives are from the same company production, so not diff if you getting the cheaper one.

Best try popular store sure can find and sometime got offer.

so far i dont see much difference when using both.. but it seems that evergreen is slightly easier to cut compared to tamiya.

hmm just wanna ask some of the bro here who own a PG strike freedom...

i heard lot of bad reviews about the PG strike freedom wings , the joints that connect to the backpack that break easily , just wanna ask , let say after finishing your PG strike freedom le, u just leave it there on display , is there still any chances of breaking ah?(i know this question seems a little dumb) but i just wanna find out the probability of it..

And also , it there any store that sell extra parts of the PG strike freedom ah? just wanna buy and put on hold in case it really break or what....

The joints that connect to the backpack seems so fragile>_< , Mine is just insert into the hole of the backpack nia , there no tightness or what , can be taken out easily...i thinking that i might be building the wrong way or what...lol....any bro out there who own a PG strike freedom also have the same problem as me ah?
