I understand from my agent since 2019 there are some changes to the requirements and bomb shelter would be more common now.

Blk 16 stock 07 best Got city and sea view for high floor. low floor think midtown bay block the view already.

for own stay, frankly surrounded by roads all sure noisy, just have to choose the least noisy one.

If you can afford that area, smell or noise is not a problem. Just switch on aircon. Sound proof the door.

Likely a better product than M if they can launch at similar prices? After all, Guoco has a pretty good reputation / following in the market
