From the list(if info is right), TQL site TOP June 2022, thats 1.5 years away.
Went on site today, saw bored pile works ongoing. Silo all up but 1.5 years to TOP seems ambitious TBH.

If they indeed pull through to TOP in mid 2022, that’s really impressive! Owners can earn rental a year or two ahead of THE M.

Not true. I recall Shaw Towers is developing retail and office space. Those directly across and beside- the M and the Guoco projects could reap the benefits of a rejuvenated Shaw Towers.

It’s already ready, located at Kallang. Not sure when open only.

Showflat location is at the plot together with Nyon, Antares , Penrose Showflat there.
