-Other requirements: prefer iems with clarity and bass
-currently using: sennheiser CX 300-II Precision
-Budget: < $700

You can give the Sennheiser IE80 a try. Similar sound signature to the CX300 but with much better sound stage and overall separation is better. If it has too much bass to your liking you can give a try on the Westone UM Pro 30.

Can consider the Audio Technica CKS77X and the JVC FX3X. Most find that they have adequate amount of bass for most pop songs and still have the clarity for classical or instrumental music.

I recently recently bought a tdk ba 200 from stereo, about 2-3 weeks ago. However recently I noticed that the right side does not sound as detailed as the left side. Unsure if it was due to the ear buds, I bought a new pair of Shure earbuds but it was the same. So I would like to know how I should proceed from here, is my earpiece spoilt? Should I send them for repair?

My budget is around $150 (can go a bit higher if the headphone has a huge boost over the $150). I am using it mainly for music listening (JPOP/game OST). Additionally, strictly use on PC only.

You can consider the Audio Technica AD500X and the JVC M55X. The AD500X is designed mainly for home use as it is an open-can.

Technically yes, I was considering to get the Steelseries Siberia V2 but I am not willing to drop my music quality over a built-in mic which I can easily get it from elsewhere. (I have become a quite an audiophiles these days)

So I am looking for a headphone that comes with great music quality which has around the same price as the Steelseries, of course <$150 is a bonus to me but if the price is above higher and it give a greater boost I will gladly look into it.

Yes we have demo at both branches.
Maybe you can give a try on the Audio Technica A700X and AD700X. Their predecessor are well reviewed for use with gaming.

Technically the AD700X and A700X are not designed for gaming so they would make good entry level audiophile headphones too. It just happens that their predecessors were reviewed to be suitable for gaming use.

Can consider the UE350, it comes with an assortment of ear tips which should provide good isolation and personally find it suitable for more acoustic music.

I love the a Jay three.
However, in the last 1 year, I've change at least twice.
Although , sounds seems great for an in-ear ear phones, but durability ? shesshh.

is there's one that is of similar budget , slightly on par in terms of durability , and the most important : tangle free cables cord ?

any suggestions people ?
Slightly above budget of a Jay 3 is also open for suggestion.
