PS. I used the TDK IE800 beforehand, found it great however its housing is too bulky and it spoils too quickly for me >< . Replaced twice within a year*

You can consider the Shure SE215SPE and Westone UM PRO 10. If you prefer a warmer signature the Shure might be a better choice. Perhaps you would like to drop by and give them a try.

mmm...audio technica ath-im70 or im02 should sound nice with pop & rock on vocals but the bass not sure enuff for you boh..

IM70 got bass lah.

only IM02's bass may not suit everyone's liking, as it has little quantity.

Is there some model similar to dunu build to choose from
prefer strong mid with a clear bass

The latest model from Audio-Technica the ATH-M30x along with the Grado SR60i offers excellent sound at around your stated budget. Totally different sound signatures and look though, so do pop over to our stores to listen before deciding.
