You can consider the A-Jays 5. However the remote control would not work with laptop. It comes with an Android version whereby there is volume control which will work with Android powered smartphones.

Thanks for the recommendation. I'm using a-jays one right now and quite satisfied but the control mic spoiled so need a replacement.

But between a-jays 5 vs klipsch s4a ii, which would have a better sound quality/clarity?

Unfortunately I'm not able to give much feedback on the S4a as we do not carry Klipsch. If you're using Samsung Android phone, you can consider the Soul SL99S also.

really hard to chose..if just listen pop songs only i will chose the IM70 due to better value for money.

sidenote, does installing a sound card like creative z helps the sound of the headphone to sounds clearer and better?

i have tried the HD650. Sounds good, but i prefer the soundstage on the k702. Feels like taking a seat at the back of the theatre hall while the HD650 would be the front row Also thought that the HD650 had a tad too much bass for my liking.
one with too much treble, one with too much bass. Is EQing recommended?
if it helps, i am also currently using an Etymotic hf5. Simply adore the sound signature of the etys.

see your budget no limit but not necessarily must be high end right?

can go try the hd598. more fun sig than hd650. cheaper.

or some of the ATHs... like ad900x or ad2000x

or beyer dt880... semi open though. but imo it sounds better than the open back dt990 sibling.
