How bout the Audio Technica ATH-IM50/ IM70, have you tried them? They are meant to be worn over the ears as well and I can say that they have good isolation also. And wait till you hear the sound.

I wouldn't say the best since everything depends on one's preference but if I am to choose one of these models, I would personally prefer the ATH-IM70 then. I suggest you try first bro, and let your ears be the judge.
