This Dr. Ford Brewer channel probably got info relevant to you. Check it out. He has the med. degree and personal experience with verifiable results (with med tests), probably worth a watch or 2.

In any case, cholesterol measurement/control with diet is "weird". There is a study where lower LDL with Oreos/carbs (do nt try). They are metabolic healthy men (Lean Mass Hyper Responders) with ready access to testing.

If gt high blood sugar, BP, i think tackle that 1st.

Yes suggest this too, especially after 40s. Can do every 5 years. With the food nowadays, more or less heart arteries will have blockage one.
Actually there is easier symptom to notice if you have blockage or not.

You see if you still have natural morning wood or not. Most of the time, ED is caused by underlying issue like blockage in your artery. Sounds like a joke but it is true.

You can go also. Recently my colleague went to private for CT scan for heart and lung (because he is smoker) about 800$-ish. From private. Not so exp lah.
