Hi,
I recently reinstalled my ocbc app as it keeps crashing. Now I have issues to log in as they require my ocbc onetoken. When I tried to retrieve it, they ask me to log in again and go to settings to activate it. I tried many attempts and manage to log in to activate it but received the message that it cannot be activated. I'm going around in circles here and need your urgent help.
I have to register a new account here to reach out to you guys and cant PM you w my mobile number as I have 0 posts.

Do payments to medical centres (eg. SATA Commhealth) qualify for FRANK credit card minimum spend of $400 offline transactions? I know payments to hospitals are excluded. But what about GP clinics and medical centres?

Transactions that falls under any of the mentioned in clause 3 and clause 4 of the Terms & Conditions (http://frankbyocbc.com/iwov-resources/pdf/termsandconditionsgoverningfrankcashrebates.pdf) will not be counted towards the spend amount needed to fulfil the Minimum Spend Requirement.

The Bank has no discretion over the MCC codes as they are assigned by payment card organisations such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

To avoid providing inaccurate information about MCCs to customers, we will no longer be able to advise on the merchant MCC.

If you have made a transaction, and would like to check on its' eligibility to be counted towards the minimum spend, do call us at 1800 363 3333.

Are you intending to make the contribution via OCBC Internet Banking?

The cut-off time for contributions via OCBC Internet banking is by 2359 hours on 31 December 2019.

The instruction will be processed on 2 Jan 2020 morning, but it will be counted towards 2019 contribution.

Please ensure sufficient funds in the debiting account for processing.

Hi there,

To terminate your BCIP account, you will have to visit our branch to put in your request.

Before heading down to the branch, you may sell or transfer your shares, and also cancel any existing monthly investment instructions.

Steps to sell existing shares (via Internet Banking):

-Place cursor over Investment & Trading
-Click on Blue Chip Investment Plan
-Click on Sell My Holdings
-Indicate the number of shares to sell under the “Number of Units” column
-At the bottom of the same page, check the checkbox to agree to the T&Cs
-Click on Next
-Review the details and confirm that they are correct
-Click on Submit
-An acknowledgement message will be displayed with the information on the effective date
