Yes, there will be a revision in the interest rates with effect 2 May 2020. You may refer to https://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/notices for more details.

Look under the 1 April announcement - 'Revision to interest rates for the following products from 2 May 2020 and updates to requirement for bonus interest and Terms and Conditions Governing the OCBC 360 Account from 2 May 2020'

I'm interested to find out more about the investment options for the following:

- OCBC BCIP, is it available for funding via CPF? Cash and SRS are mentioned on the website but not CPF.
- OCBC Securities, for CPF am I only able to access local ETFs and stocks (based on SGX's defined list)? For SRS am I able to access the same (Overseas, Local) instruments as Cash?
- Any handling fees (dividends, rights issues, etc.) applicable for SGX listed securities?

BCIP cannot be funded by CPF.

You will be able to earn bonus interest (a year) on the first S$70,000 of your account balance.

For salary crediting, your company will have to credit via GIRO a minimum of $1,800 to your account.

It will have to show as 'GIRO-SALARY' in the account statement.

For GIRO-IBG cases, system will accept the following description: STS SAL, STS PYT, PAYROLL , SALARY, SAL or WAGE

First S$35,000 in the account will earn 1.2%

Next S$35,000 in the account will earn 2.4%

My OCBC Mobile App on Samsung Note 10+ keeps crashing other apps when I use it, can't even type on the keyboard! (has been like this for 1 week+, is it because of a bugged update?!)
Please look into fixing the App.

Meanwhile how do I disable the app token & get my phone SMS OTP back?

I've been holding on the line for >30min!

Hi there OCBC,

I am having trouble with activating my OCBC one token. It has been very frustrating as it is an endless loop of errors. On my phone, I have tried to activate the OneToken and received the OTP as per normal, however after keying in the OTP, the apps always says One Token acitivation is not successful but I will receive a SMS and email stating that the Onetoken have been successfully activated on my device. However, when I attempt to add a new payee on my bank account, the app states once again that my Onetoken is not activated and prompts me to activate it once again, creating the endless loop.

I have tried to reinstall the app and restart my phone (iOS) but nothing seems to work. I have tried it for a few days already and would like to seek your advice for this. Thanks!
