OCBC support either too busy, picky which to response or sleeping during this **. I sent a msg thru their website, mentioning they will reply me within 5 days. I even called and asked to call back, again the machine mentioned will call back within 3 days but after 2 weeks, both channels no one response.

Give up, lucky there are other banks, will check with others and hopefully they reply faster.

Hello OCBC,

I had filled up a account closure form on my frank account and request the remaining fund to be xfer to my ocbc 360 I had mailed this back for quite some time already. It had been quite awhile but I think the request is processed. Please advise, thank you.

Unable to log in to Mobile App

Hi Team OCBC, I recently encountered problem logging in to my mobile app.

After I input the Access Code and PIN, it always prompts me to activate oneToken. As i press "continue", the APP interface is shown as attached. I dont know how to input an OTP from oneToken which i havent activated.

I would very much appreciate your help. I have tried calling the hotline many times but cant put me through.

May we know if you have already tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

Dear OCBC,

My hardware token had no more battery..Do I need to go down to a branch or can I just call the hotline to replace it? How long does the replacement take?

if go to the branch, you can take a new set immediately

For hardware token replacement requests, please drop us a private message with your bank registered mobile number. We will arrange for our service executive to send you the replacement via mail to your address.

Hardware Token no battery

Dear OCBC

My hardware token has decided to die on me. I called up the phone banking service to no avail, as the waiting gets longer and longer. I read on this forum that i could send you a PM for a replacement and also that i should send you the phone number that's linked to the account.

I cannot send a PM at the moment as I've only just joined HWZ. Is there anyway for you to get in touch with me?

Hi OCBC,

Someone might have already asked but just to check again, I've set the deposit threshold to "Any Amount" in "Other transactions via other banking channels" under "Alerts Management", why am I not receiving any SMS even though someone has PayNow me? Thank you!
