Hi OCBC,

Someone might have already asked but just to check again, I've set the deposit threshold to "Any Amount" in "Other transactions via other banking channels" under "Alerts Management", why am I not receiving any SMS even though someone has PayNow me? Thank you!

Hardware token died this morning, no warning.

Tried to set up my phone as a token and ALWAYS get error code 40606 (Experieincing Technical Difficulty) with a link to download a guide. I followed that guide several times and cannot resolve the login.

Called the helpline. Well that's a joke straight away......hung on the line one hour and as soon as it ticked to 1:00:01 it hung up automatically. Seriously! This is what "help" in helpline means?

I have to make payments/transfers today, tomorrow at the latest and would appreciate somebody getting back to me to resolve. I know it must be an OCBC problem when the very first sentence muttered over the helpline is "If you are experiencing problems with registering your token please Press 7"

If you have set the alert, you should be receiving SMS alerts. Could you drop us a private message with your mobile number?

there was a promotion for Samsung Pay bus/mrt promotion where hitting a certain spend will award Cold Storage SMS/e-vouchers.

I still have the SMS with me. The last I checked, hotline checked with higher management that it is valid for 1 year. Can i know whether this SMS voucher is strictly usable in cold storage, or any of dairy farm group such as 7-eleven, giant, guardian?

Hi there,

To use the Voucher, you will have to visit any Cold Storage outlet and present the Voucher to the cashier. The cashier will scan the Voucher upon check out and the credit will be applied.

It can only be used at Cold Storage.

Hi OCBC, does instalment payment contribute to the minimum spend on 365 Credit Card. Knowing that need to spend a minimum of 800 to entitle the cashback. As knew that instalment doesn't qualify to earn cashback but does it count in the minimum spending?

Instalment payment plans are excluded from the minimum spend.

I keep my balance at zero on monthend, fall below fee auto waived. But if someone deposit money in your account on the last day at night, then kena charged. So better OCBC earmark account to waive.
