Bras Basah Post Office
Locked Bag Service No. 8
Singapore 911886

You will be required to visit any OCBC Banking Branch personally with NRIC/Passport and Passbook (if any) if:

◦Account is opened using thumbprint.
◦Account is dormant.
◦If Passbook is lost, the indemnity form has to be signed at a branch:

(1a) Either/ Or signing condition (e.g. Either One To Sign): any one of the account holders can sign the form
(1b) Joint signing condition (e.g. All To Sign): all account holders have to sign the form

If the signing condition of your joint account is both to sign, you will have to head down to the branch with the joint account holder to close the account.

I want to cancel my credit card with OCBC and I am being put in a loop.

I have submitted a online request on your website.

I have not much hope of getting any replies otherwise.

If this is the way OCBC works. It is going to lose plenty of customers.

Hi..i paid singtel bill via singtel webite on 26th dec using frank card but payment is still not reflected in ocbc transaction.
only 2 days left to mth end.
is there any othercard payment i can do today tat will be in the transaction today or 2morrow.? Eg buying things from ntuc w the card.?

For funds transfer between your own OCBC accounts, it will be processed immediately, but the value date will be of the next business day.

The posting date is dependent on the merchant, and not OCBC.

On your website, you got this Global Saving Account which allow to save in other currencies.
Let's say if I want to open a USD account, what's the interest rate will be? (It's not FD right?) And also, what's the minimum amount needed?

Also, if TT/bank transfer money from overseas account into this OCBC account, what will be charges for it? Commission based or flat rate? If commission based, what's the percentage?
(Example; TT USD$50k into that account)

Does this account allows me to withdraw money anytime and is there any lockdown period?
If I withdraw money in SGD, the exchange rate will be based on that day rate?

What's the minimum period/duration to close the account before suffer a penalty charge?

The cashback will only appear in the OCBC 365 Credit Card statement in the next billing cycle.
