Hi, I recently switched from apple to huawei and the phone has a fingerprint scanner but I am unable to activate the One Touch. Is it beacuse one touch is not supported?

I received a cheque that was dropped off and supposed to credit my account but 2 days later I looked and saw that my account was dormant. I instantly reactivated it using internet banking so it is ok now... but will the cheque deposit still go through? Or will the bank send it back to me by mail? What will happen now?

The cheque should go through, and the funds credited to your account.
If you had dropped the cheque in the cheque deposit box before 3.30pm on Friday, the funds should be made available to you at 2pm today. If cheque was dropped after 3.30pm on Friday, the funds will be available at 2pm tomorrow.

Hi OCBC,

My dad had key in wrong pin 3 times while withdrawing money from atm and its was locked. Can the card still be in used? My dad does not want to change the pin. Hence, will the card still be valid or can he try again after 24 hours?

I recently tried to pay via internet banking but there is no option available as it requires 16-digit card number which doesnt apply to Robinsons card. I only want to pay via internet banking. Any advice?

The card number has 16 digits.

The card should already be listed under your product holdings on Internet Banking. You will be able to simply select the card and make payment accordingly.

Internet Banking:

1.Log in to INB
2.Head under the “Investments and Trading “Tab
3.Select “Singapore Government Securities”
4.Select the Bonds Type
5.Complete the application form
6.Review the application
7.Confirm the application
