Yes, paying for SP bill with your OCBC credit card will count towards the credit card spend bonus.

Your spending on these cards does not qualify for this bonus:

Debit cards
ATM cards
Corporate cards
Business cards
Private label cards

These transactions do not qualify for this bonus:

Balance transfers
Cash advance
Cashwise
Smartchange
Fund transfers
Fees and charges

Hi maumu,

You will have to fill in the Interbank GIRO form, and mail it back to us.

The form can also be found here: https://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/help-and-support

Normally it will take around 14 working days for the GIRO creation and approval, but there are times when some banks might take slightly longer.

When your GIRO arrangement is set up, you will be able to see it on your statement.

The following information will be available on the payment stub on your statement:

The hex sign (#) indicated beside the credit card number will indicate that payment will be debited via GIRO, and under the Column "Bank/Cheque No.”, it will indicate 'Payment debited via _____".

In the meantime, while waiting for the GIRO arrangement, do continue making payment via other alternatives.

Hi posenton,

You must be the Primary Account Holder of the 360 Account as well as the Principal Cardmember of the eligible OCBC Credit Card(s). Transactions charged by supplementary credit card holder will be consolidated under principal credit card holder.

For example:

360 account
Primary account holder = A

365 credit card
Main cardholder= A
Supplementary cardholder = B

Both spending made by A and B on the 365 credit card will count towards the $500 spend as A is both the primary account holder, and main cardholder.

Frank credit card
Main cardholder = B
Supplementary cardholder = A

Spending made by B on the Frank credit card will not count towards the $500 spend, as the 360 account does not belong to him.

Spending made by A will not count as well, because even though he's the primary account holder of the 360 account, he's not the main cardholder of the Frank credit card.

Internet Banking

Login
Go to "Customer Service"
Select "Credit card fee waiver"
Via Mobile Banking

Via Mobile Banking

Login
Tap on the top left menu
Tap on "More services" → "Card services" → "Credit card fee waiver"

Via Phone Banking

Have your credit card ready
Call us and when prompted, and say "credit card fee waiver"
Key in your 16-digit card number when prompted
Your waiver request is subject to approval. You will be notified on the outcome immediately.

To view the monthly average daily balance, you will need to log in via Internet Banking on a desktop, or if you would like to use your mobile phone, it will have to be via the mobile browser on 'desktop mode'.

Once you have logged in via desktop or mobile browser (on desktop mode):

- Go to https://internet.ocbc.com/internet-banking/
- Login
- Under 'What you have', place your cursor over '360 Account'
- Click on 'Details / Transactions'

- Open your mobile browser

- Swipe right, or click on > which is located top right of the page

Average daily balance is calculated by adding up the daily end day balance (based on value date) and then dividing it by the number of days in the month.

Funds should be credited to the account by 9pm for the transaction and value date to be on the same day. This is applicable on Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays).

If I leave it like that for 2 months, and then transfer in say $1k, will OCBC backdate and retroactively deduct $2*2=$4 from my account?

There will be no service fee charged for months where your account balance is $0.

When you do transfer funds into the account, we will not backdate, and charge you for the months where your account balance is $0.
