i would like to qualify cc spending bonus interest, if i use cc to topup ezlink card, it will be considering cc spending ?

Would like to check for the OCBC 360 Saving Account, in order to qualify for the Credit Card Spend Bonus, does topping up nets flashpay or passion card using credit card consider under $500 spending?

Hi Terry,

Yes, it will count towards the required $500 spend for the CC spend bonus.

No boost or step up interest in Mar

hi OCBC,
looks like to date, I have not received the step-up or boost interest for 360 accounts. Is there any change of policy from March?

OCBC Bonus+ Savings Account Promotion 2020 [March to April]

1.5 “Fresh Funds” refers to either (i) funds in the form of non-OCBC cheques/ cashier’s orders/ demand drafts as well as other funds that are not transferred from any existing OCBC Bank accounts, (ii) funds that are not withdrawn and redeposited with OCBC Bank within the last 30 days, (iii) funds must be incremental to the Eligible Customer’s overall deposit balances within the last 30 days, and (iv) funds must be incremental to the Eligible Customer’s overall deposit balances for 3 weeks from the date of the Eligible Transaction

Hi OCBC, can I check how is term (iii) above calculated? highest balance of the past 30 days for all accounts? or Average daily balance?

Nope, there are no changes.
Do log in to Online Banking and drop us a secured mail.

Once done, drop us a private message here with the 16 digit reference number of the secured mail.

We will inform our service executive to help look into the bonus interest computation.

My CPF investment account application with ocbc bank has been unsuccessful. I received the application status in the form of letter. And the reason cited was because I had an investment account with another bank which I cannot recall. Could you please advise? Thanks.

Hi there,

On our end, we will not be able to see which bank is your CPFIA account with. You may wish to check with CPF board on this.

For Clause 1.5(iii) on the eligibility criteria, we will be looking at the overall deposit balances (across all deposits accounts), and not just the Bonus+ Savings account.

Let's say your fresh funds deposit was made on 1 April.

We will look at the combined ledger balance across all your deposit accounts on 1 April, and compare it with the combined ledger balance of 2 March (30 days back from the date of fresh funds deposit).

Hope this clarifies.

I received OneToken during account opening at branch. It showed that the OneToken was incorrect. After few try, the page showed that <We are temporarily unable to process your instructions. We are sorry for the inconvenience and are working to get things back to normal>

Are you still having issues with our Online Banking platform? If so, please drop us a private message with the following details:

- bank registered mobile number
- phone model
- operating system and version
- mobile banking app version
- specific issue faced / screenshot of any error messages received
- are you having issues on both the mobile banking app, and internet banking via desktop

Are you checking on the fees for inward remittance to your OCBC Singapore account?

The charges are:

Credit to Time Deposit: Free
Credit to SGD or FCY Account: S$10
