Why do you need to repeat the standard reply again?
OK, in a similar vein...
Just to share again, what you wrote is NOT visible to customers at all.
It can be OCBC's mistake and OCBC can still just say it's the merchant's issue.
If you want to harp on merchant's fault, then consistently show us the posting date in the internet banking / statements. Otherwise, it is not credible/believeable at all that 3 working days before end of month the txn is not posted/counted. I have made many txns in Shopee andtop up prepaid card before via UOB credit card. There was never such issue, at least not 3 working days from mth end.

Thanks for the feedback.
We will share this with the relevant department.

If you would like to look into an appeal (subject to review and approval), please drop us a secured mail. Do provide us with the 16 digit reference number of the secured mail after you have sent it in.

Alternatively, drop us a PM with your mobile number, and we will arrange for our service executive to call.

Hi OCBC

I would like to seek clarifications on the treatment for ez link top ups via ez link reload and transitlink office for OCBC 360 and OCBC 365:

1) Will the top ups count towards the credit card minimum spending for bonus interest OCBC 360?

2) Will the top ups count towards minimum spending of $800 to accord full rebates for dining and other categories?

Hi there,

1) Yes, it will count towards the 360 deposit account credit card spend.

2) No, it will not count towards the 365 credit card minimum spend, nor qualify for rebates under the transport category.

Hi OCBC.

my fiance and I intend to set up a simple account for which we could use for giro deductions - to settle payment of house bills etc. We both have existing separate OCBC360 accounts.

1) can you advise on what is the most fuss-free way to apply for this? Do we need to both go to an OCBC branch?

2) What do we need to open? A current account? We prefer to keep it simple. And will this be separate from our existing accounts?

Hi there,

If you are above 26 years old, there will be a monthly service fee of S$2 if your daily average balance for the month falls below S$1,000.

Thanks! If I opened a 360 account and were to close my Frank account, what will happen to my Frank card?

hi OCBC, i am a shareholder cum user for your credit card service

Since also have a few other credit card services i did a call survey and to my dismay i found that OCBC call helpline is terribly slow in picking up. Often ~5mins or more as compared to competitors ~1-2mins.

Please take a look at this. Improving this will gain higher customer satisfaction and make OCBC more appealing.

My 2cts is do not scrimp on low capex item that may affect customer satisfactions, moreover when competitors are strong on it...

Kindly relay my feedback.. I am a shareholder and i genuinely care about our operations.

Hi there,

You will need to visit the branch to open a joint-account. The joint-account will be separate from your existing accounts.

You may consider the accounts under 'Other Accounts' for this purpose, to see which best suits your needs:

Hi,

Once your 360 account is opened, you may want to consider linking your 360 account to your FRANK debit card, before closing your FRANK account. You may call our 24-hour hotline 1800 363 3333 for the card linkage request.

Once the 360 account is linked to your FRANK debit card, you may continue using it.

Dear OCBC,

I would like to use the funds in my OCBC SRS account to buy STI.ES3 (not as an RSP via BCIP).

May I know if I have to set up an iOCBC trading account?

If yes, will this service be available during the circuit breaker period?

Thank you!

Hi fabregast,

Yes, you are right. You would first have to setup a trading account before making the purchase. During the purchase, to utilise your SRS funds, please indicate SRS as the mode of payment.

To open an account with us, here is our account application form: http://portal.iocbc.com/assets/pdf/ospl/Individual_Application_Form.pdf

When you have completed the application form, please mail it together with a photocopy of your identification document to the following address:

If you have further enquiries, you may contact OCBC Securities at 1800 338 8688 or email cs@ocbcsec.com

Hi,

Do note that the following factors on your mobile device will affect the usage of OneToken:

o Rooted/Jail Broken, development/debugging device
o Applications downloaded from other sources other than the Apple Store/Google Play Store
o Remote access from other device to the phone, e.g. TeamViewer. LogMeIn, VNC, etc
o Library tampering applications, e.g. FakeGPS, FakeWifi, 3g/4g Unrestrictor, etc.
o Malware detected (this can be scanned with any tools in the market, e.g. Avast, AVG, McAfee)

May we check if your mobile device is installed with or affected by any of the above?

dont use their app..it sucks big time. Use browser to access.

dont activate digital token either. just stick to sms/physical token

@OCBC Bank stop replying with the usual rubbish response. Your app sucks and it's limited because of how you designed, not end user phone.

Adding on, if your phone is not affected by any of the mentioned in our previous reply, please try the following:

Go to Settings > App Info > OCBC Bank and select the “Force Stop” option.

Go to the data storage menu, and select the options to “Clear Data” and “Clear Cache”

Go to “Permissions”, and allow permissions for “Camera”, “Contacts”, “Location”, “Microphone”, “Phone” and “Storage”

Under the “Advanced” section, allow the option for “Display over other apps”
