Hi OCBC, I have received letter to inform on dividend of DBS bought though BCIP. But there's only one dividend of 33 cents. Shouldn't there be a 1Q interim div and 2019 Final div of 33 cents respectively, both payment date on 26 May 20?
Only one of the dividend is being credited, is the other dividend to be credited at another date?

The 2nd dividend payment should be paid out by Monday.
Do check your account again then.

Anyone got the solution to solve the issue regarding OneToken?
"The activation has failed as potential security risks were detected in your phone. Access to OCBC Mobile Banking app is now limited."

Do check if you have __Airdroid__ installed. That was the offending app on my phone that is causing me to have "potential security risks".

o Remote access from other device to the phone, e.g. TeamViewer. LogMeIn, VNC, etc

I currently have an AUD fixed deposit account and I plan to stop renewal after the current tenor ends next month. I have a few questions regarding the possible fees.

1. Are there any fees for closing the fixed deposit account?

2. Can I convert the AUD to SGD and transfer to my 360 account? What are the fees involved?

3. I just realised there's global savings account. Can I transfer the AUD from fixed deposit to an AUD global savings account? Any fees involved?

You may apply for an ATM card at the branch. Please bring along your NRIC/passport when visiting the branch.
