Hi OCBC,

I read online that purchases using OCBC titanium credit card will get 50 OCBC pts for every 5 dollar spending at Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, etc.

Does it apply to all spending on these platforms? such as digital voucher purchases at Shopee and lazada?

hello, if i have a saving account with 0 balance in it but has a fall below fee of $5 (example), and then it becomes dormant, what are the fees required, if any, to reactivate it and will ocbc backdate the fall below fee and deduct whatever fall below fee is penalised?

secondly, what if I want to close a dormant account, do i need to pay any fees?

Hi there,

Service fee will not be charged if the account has no funds in it.
If you reactivate the account, and deposit funds into it, we will not backdate and deduct the previous months' service fee.

There are no fees for reactivation.

If it has been more than 6 months since the account opening, there will be no fees for account closure.

Hi skizzer,

All Shopee / Amazon / Lazada purchases will be eligible for bonus OCBC$ on the Titanium Rewards credit card.

So long as the transaction name comes in as Shopee / Amazon / Lazada as well, then yes, it will also be eligible for bonus OCBC$.

Last time when my money are all inside OCBC, can reply to my mail in OCBC quite fast..

Now all my money transferred out, they have not replied me the email I composed from June 2020 and followed up mail composed on July 2020.

Really see $$ do business.

Definitely the worst hotline you ever encountered.
The only reason why I maintain an account is more for withdrawal of cash for adhoc expenses.
Coz Posb atm always long q.
But uob could be a better choice coz sometimes quite hard to find ocbc atm.

UOB and OCBC can use each others ATMs.

I personally think UOB has more pro-customer policies and doesn't view every customer just as a profit number.

You do not need to purchase an endowment plan to apply for the 360 account.

If you are Singaporean / PR, you can put in your application online via MyInfo - https://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/deposits/360-savings-account

All account opening will be subject to review and approval.

Wonder why remove the spend bonus, the bank is basically telling people not to spend using their cards. Please do not tell us we are still able to earn other rebates all that. I for one did not spend a single cent with my OCBC card last month because I see no point with no benefits in return.

I recently opened a 360 account. I initially tried to do this online, but being an EP-holder I was directed to an OCBC office.
After the opening of the account I was informed I would not be eligible for the $100 voucher, because the account was not opened online.
The combination of these limitations pretty much rules out any account opening promo for non-citizen/permanent residents.
Maybe OCBC can be a bit more inclusive in this situation, and also consider its long-term pass holder customers.

Same, my OCBC only leave 200SGD every month to withdraw cash via OCBC/UOB ATM. This is the only last thing left to love about OCBC lol.

When i stop using my UOB account as my side biz account, will close this bank
