I have an existing OCBC Secured Credit Card (e.g. 365 Credit Card) and would like to apply for additional OCBC secured credit card (e.g. Best Denki Credit Card). Can I apply for the additional card online via the OCBC Internet Banking service? I have sent a secured email through the Internet Banking but so far, I have not received any response. Thanks.

For OCBC overseas transfer to a Malaysia bank account via personal banking,there is no Malaysian Ringgit option? Other competitive local banks in Singapore(DBS, SCB etc..) have this option for the Recipient to get exact Malaysian Ringgit amount you wanted to send(Also zero online transfer fees) This is weird,OCBC is ranked Strongest Bank in the World, really?

OCBC Bank does not offer exchange rates for Malaysian Ringgit, as Ringgit is a controlled currency. If you intend to transfer money to a Bank account in Malaysia, you can only transfer in Singapore dollars or other currencies.

The recipient will receive the money in Malaysian Ringgit.

What does the available credit represent? If I have for example $4000 out of $6000 does that mean that I have spent $2000 so far? I added my transactions and it doesn't seem to telly leh

Yes, pretty much it. The $2,000 includes unposted transactions as well, which you should be able to view on the 1st screen after logging in

If you’re still not able to tally the purchases, send us a secured email via your mobile banking app to check.

State the request/ enquiry & indicate your card number. Once you've sent the email, drop us a PM with the email reference number

Certainly you can

At any point of time, you can make payments to your card account to increase the card limit.

For example you need to make a purchase of $10,000 but your card limit is set at $6,000.
You can make a payment of $4,000 so that you can now put a transaction through for $10,000.
Assuming of course you do not have any other outstanding

Most likely is a fraudulent transaction. Suggest to immediately report to OCBC to block debit card for further investigation.
