Hi there,

We are not able to view the link you had provided.
Could you share with us more details on the type of AXS payment you are referring to?

Hi TerryPower,

For AXS payment, only transactions made via the AXS Pay + Earn service on the AXS mobile app is eligible for Travel$.

There is a 2.5% charge for all bills paid through this service by AXS

Hi @OCBC Bank,

Can i check the minimum amount to be kept inside for 360 account is it 3000$ ?

If yes can i convert it to a normal account where i can just park my 1000$ without deducting 2$

else alternatively can i close the account , since i don't really use ocbc card or bank , would it affect my future account opening with OCBC? when i require it in the future

Hi there,

Yes, 360 account holders will need to have a monthly average daily balance of $3,000 to avoid incurring service charge of $2.

You won't be able to convert your account, but you can choose to open a new account instead.

Terminating your 360 account now should not affect your future account opening.
Though, please note that all account openings are subject to review and approval.

Hi OCBC

Can I check if there is any transaction limit for payment made to OCBC Credit Card via Apple Pay? That is, can I use Apply Pay to make payment up to my credit card available limit? Thanks for assisting!

Hopefully you'll get one of those merchants with the new terminals. There's no limit to the purchase amount you can make with Apple Pay.

But if a store still has an old terminal with it, any Apple Pay transactions above $100 will require the physical card & for you to sign the receipt

Hi there,

There is no difference in the interest rate of an account for single name or joint name.
You can refer to https://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/deposits for the different accounts we offer. The interest rate can be found on the respective account page.

Hi there,

At least one of the following income documents will be required for credit card application.

  • Latest 6 month CPF contribution statement with current employer name indicated
  • “Salary” or “Giro” crediting to applicant's single name account with OCBC or other Financial Institutions (employer's name must be reflected). If salary is credited to a joint account, we must be able to identify that the salary-crediting belongs to the applicant
  • Latest 1 month electronic income document with employer's name indicated
  • Latest Notice of Assessment (NOA)

Hi OCBC, will I get 10x rewards for spending at Challenger with the titanium card?

Hi salmonbelly,

It will depend on the Merchant Category Code (MCC) coming in for those transactions. We will not be able to check on the MCCs prior to a purchase, as this is determined by the merchant and the payment association (Visa/MasterCard), and is not within OCBC's control.

We will only be able to check a merchant's MCC after the purchase is charged to the card. Seeking your kind understanding on this, thank you.
