Hi Whisper,

You just need to tap on any NETS FlashPay reader and it will auto top-up $50 which will be charged to your Frank Credit Card. You also don’t have to worry when there’s insufficient balance, the auto-top up will be triggered once you tap on any reader.

Today I wanted to pay with Nets Flashpay at Polar Puffs but there wasn't any value inside my card! The cashier tried so many times but still failed. I'm so embarrassed! And I have to pay for the sugar roll which is supposed to be free if I pay with Nets Flashpay!

Hi OCBC, have you considered giving the dividend reinvestment option for shares purchased and held under BCIP? :s12:

Hi Whisper,

We’re very sorry for embarrassing you! You will need to tap on the readers on public transportation such as MRT and buses to trigger the auto top-up. We’ve also sent you a private message. Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi Boorseye, thank you for your query. Unfortunately, we do not have the option to reinvest your dividends under the BCIP. It will be distributed to you in either cash or shares, depending on what the company announces. Whenever there is an option to choose, we will write to you to seek your decision on whether to receive dividends in cash, or in shares at the reinvestment price.

Hi
1. Do we need to maintain $1 in our saving/current account in order to earn interest?

2. Will OCBC be changing ATM card to EMV ATM Card?

What is the deduction date for BCIP?As my first deduction is on 13/09/13. When is the next deduction date ?

Hi there. If the 15th falls on non-business day, the deduction will be done one day before that. Customer to ensure that they have sufficient funds in account 2 business days before deduction date.

Is there a minimum age for the BCIP? I'm thinking of starting one for my children..

Do you allow for quarterly instead of monthly investment?

Hi there. Interest will be earned based on the available balance in your account. For your EMV card, our bank has started to send the cards to our customers in batches. You might like to visit one of our branches to get your replacement sooner or we will be mailing the card to you. Thank you!

Hi there. Applicants have to be 21 years of age & above, and the BCIP is for monthly investments only. Thank you.

Hi ocbc, Can i check if by any chance will the promotional processing fee for BCIP be extended?

Will you be able to provide us, the consumers a table/chart something related on the BCIP take up rate? say for example, which are the top 3 most popular counters that consumer buy?

i personally more worried about buy in price for counters.. From my statement, it shows that i paid $10.79/share for keppel in the month of september.. Just feels that its too on the high side for month of september..

Hi OCBC, can I check what happened to the balance of money not available to purchase the share after deducting the fees?is it refunded back to the customer or reinvested the following month?

For example, someone invested $100 a month..after deducting $5 fee, the amount reinvested is $95..let's say the price of the share is $3... And 31 shares is $93...what happened to the remaining $2? OCBC keep till you deem fit when to return?
