Dear OCBC ,

on top of propose to waive the min $5 permanently.

POEMS is the only company that automatically reinvest the dividends into STI ETF in the following month.

Maybe OCBC might want to look into this to allow more option to allow dividends to automatically reinvest to the same stock where it is getting from.

This is because about compounding effect is important to attain wealth. Reinvesting dividends is one of those ways to take advantage of this effect.

Hi there. We will require 2 business days advance notice, to withdraw your foreign currency fixed deposit. If you visit any of our branches today to provide the instuctions, the withdrawal will only take place 2 business days later (ie. on Monday). We do provide currency exchange services. However, a minimum 1% commission will be applicable. Thank you!

I am very hesitant to move my monthly investment yet to OCBC due to this $5 charge per counter. Once it is activate, I will be left with small number of shares for each counter. Please let us know the good news soon, so decision can be made.. :)

hi ocbc, may i know why is your hotline ALWAYS engaged? i have been trying to get to your operator for the past 1 week (need help on an urgent matter with regards to my internet banking). i called on different days, even way past midnight, and i still CANNOT get past the line (was put on hold for more than 10mins). i sent a complaint letter via your website, and guess what? the website got stuck, and i have to re-type everything again twice. i found another email on your website, sent my complaint in, and got an automated reply. it's been 3 days, still no reply from any one.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS, i dont even encounter such problems with the other banks. i need to access my internet banking urgently, can someone help or not? :s27::s27::s27::s27:

Hi there. For Plus credit card, you will earn link points that you can redeem for rebates to offset your future purchases at NTUC. Below is the information regarding the "4% off everything at FairPrice" promotion.

Requirements:
* Plus! Visa credit cardmembers will need to accumulate a minimum spending of S$500 (Visa transactions) outside of NTUC FairPrice.
* For NTUC Plus! Visa credit cardmembers, the minimum spending required is S$400 (Visa transactions) outside of NTUC FairPrice.
* The spending period is based on calendar month
* All Visa transactions performed by the principal and supplementary cardmembers will be accumulated for the calculation of the minimum spending requirement
* Awarding:
* 4% rebate is given in the form of LinkPoints when the above requirement is met
* LinkPoints will only be awarded with a minimum spend of S$20 in a single receipt
* 2 LinkPoints for every S$1 spent at FairPrice will be awarded upfront
* A bonus 4 LinkPoints for every S$1 spent at FairPrice will be awarded by the 15th of the following month
* In total, 6 LinkPoints will be awarded for S$1 spent at FairPrice
Based on the rate where 150 LinkPoints = S$1 offset at FairPrice, 6 LinkPoints is equivalent to 4% (6 LinkPoints / 150 LinkPoints = S$0.04)
Please refer to this link for more information: https://plus.com.sg/whatsnew/4-everything-fairprice <https://plus.com.sg/whatsnew/4-everything-fairprice>

Hmm at least to get the vouchers, an initial deposit of at least $8k is required. Not cool, OCBC.

1. Eligibility
1.1 Under the terms and conditions of this Promotion, the first 2,000 individuals who successfully open an Eligible SRS Account will be awarded a S$30 Robinsons voucher (the “Gift”). “Eligible SRS Account” means a new SRS Account opened with OCBC Bank within the Promotion Period (as defined below), and an initial deposit of at least S$8,000 has been successfully deposited into such new SRS Account on the day of the account opening.

Hi, now that the PCBC Christmas 2013 spend and redeem gifts are all fully redeemed (as reflected in the website), is there anymore benefit to using ocbc cards for the xmas shopping season? I am looking to make spend the amount enough to redeem the Samsung Galaxy note 3 in the upcoming week....

Hi there. It is not compulsory for you to make contributions when you open the SRS account. You may open the account without any contributions for this year. Thank you!
