Hi OCBC,

Is topping up Ezlink card (Top and Tap on the Ezlink website) with Frank card considered as 'payment of funds to prepaid accounts' ?

Cos 'payment of funds to prepaid accounts' is excluded from getting the 6% rebate from your T&Cs.

does it mean that I am over 26 and maintain a FRANK account with balance more than $1,000. I will still need to pay $@ monthly servicing fee?
Hi there. If you are below 26 years old, you might like to consider opening a FRANK account. Alternatively, you can consider our Plus or NTUC Starter account. For more information, please refer to Bank Accounts | Savings Accounts | OCBC, Thank you!

Hi there. The annual fee of $12 is levied on the debit card with effect from 1 February 2012. It will be automatically waived if customers charge at least $600 (VISA signature based transactions). Please PM us your contact details so that we can call and assist you to review. Thank you!

Hi koreanlover, all EZlink top-ups will be considered as ‘payment of funds to prepaid accounts’ and will not be eligible for rebates. However, you can still enjoy 6% on your bus and MRT rides by using the NETS FlashPay Auto Top-up feature on your FRANK Credit Card :)

Hi OCBC,

in the case of ezlink topup, does it means that one spend 100$ on ezlink topup, is the 100$ still entitled to 0.5% other spend rebate and is the 100$ counted towards fulfillment and calculation of the $500 minimum spend.

Thanks alot : )

Hi thanks for the reply.

However, I had disabled the ATU function at a NETS kiosk. Can I just enable it again at the kiosk?

OCBC,

What's happening to the hotline?.?
Nobody picking up the phone!!!

Standard OCBC service:

"We are experiencing high call volume, you may want to try again later"

This is no matter what time and day you call.

OCBC counter:

"You have to call our hotline regarding CC matters".

Hi OCBC, if I want to amend my OCBC Blue Chip Investment Plan. How can I do that? I want to stop monthly investment for 2 counters: ST Engineering and Singtel and use the cash to invest in CapitaLand.

Should I check the box under c. Stop monthly investments / Cancel your BCIP application and choose the two counters (ST Engineering and Singtel) then at a. Add share counter to your existing plan, I choose CapitaLand and input the new monthly investment amount? If my monthly investment amt is S$3000, am I right to say the fees is capped at S$5?
