Dear OCBC
I tried calling your hotline earlier, was put on hold for 25minutes and still no answer, i gave up and hung up.
All i needed was to enquire on what is the access code needed for logging in to internet banking. During account opening, i was not told what my access code is, neither did i receive any letters notifying me what my access code is. You can imagine how frustrating it is for me, when i need to log in, and cannot, because of this access code which i dont know about, and being put on hold for 25minutes when i call.
To be very honest with you, I have called the call-centers of many banks before at all kinds of timing, and this is the first time I was put on hold for this long. Most banks usually pick up calls really quick.
I am a new customer with OCBC, just opened an account 2 months ago. And i have to say i am really disappointed.
