Thank you for your interest in the 365 card.

All branches are open to applications of the 365 card, unfortunately, the lifetime annual fee waiver promotion ended on the 30th of June.

Our internet banking seems to be working fine at the moment, but we are keeping a close eye on it.

OCBC, I would like to know how much you charge for amending BCIP plan? I just signed up, but realized I will be the sort who will finetune my purchases 3-6 times a year one...
Especially at the start now, I am reading up more and have already submitted an amendment request with quite big changes...

But I still dunno how much they charge for amending the invested money per counter, or for stopping the monthly amount for a counter, or selling it all off...

PS: You still never reply me on my question on why I have this $4.06 (or is it $4.03, I forget exactly) interest payment into my account, despite contacting me asking for my email (or was it handphone or OCBC account number, I forget already, so long ago) so you can get back to me.

Dear OCBC, I have just signed up for an OCBC 360 account. Just wondering if the following are considered towards the three bills requirement for the additional one percent interest?
1)paying my 365 credit card through OCBC internet banking
2)I wanted to set up GIRO for my viewqwest bill but viewqwest is not listed as one of the options for GIRO to be set up for. Can I ask viewqwest to set up my GIRO from their end and also be considered towards the three bills requirement for the additional one percent interest?
3)Paying bills through 365 credit card, are the bills considered?

Hi zebra85, you definitely can use the credit card like an ATM card. However, you'll need to link your 360 account to the card first. If you'd like a copy of the linkage form, please leave us a PM with your email address. Or you can always drop by one of our branches to fill in the form.
