Hi just gotten a 360 account from ocbc.

2 queries here.
Im trying to do a fund transfer to posb bank but realise there's no selection. Selecting DBS is the same is that correct?
Secondly i wanna use my bank account for credit card payment of other bank but on the bill payment page it states the below, so not possible at all?

Payment is not available for the following types of Credit Cards
DBS, CitiBank and UOB issued AMEX card.
Citibank Credit Card starting with number 4265-6990-XXXX-XXXX.
Corporate Debit/Credit Cards.

You have to go funds transfer add payee (your bank account), go to pay bills add payee (your cc numbers)

That's right. Select DBS to transfer to a POSB account. For branch code, there should be a dropdown selection of "All POSB accounts"

And you won't be able to make payments to those listed cards.

Hi ctstalin,

You can certainly make withdrawals from any UOB ATM using your OCBC card. However, do take note that only the first 2 withdrawals in a calendar month is free. Thereafter, withdrawals from UOB ATMs will be charged at 30 cents per withdrawal.

Hi there, I understand that the Global Savings Account has no fall below fee. How long would OCBC take before it terminates the account for dormancy? Also, what is the interest payable on the deposits in this account?

As long as your income tax bill (monthly) and property tax bill (monthly) have different bill reference numbers, and are paid via OCBC Online/Mobile Banking or Giro <by deduction through the 360 Account>, they will go towards fulfilling 2 separate bill payments.

Hi lowveld,

The account will turn to an inactive status if there are no customer initiated transaction for a year. Generally, we do not cancel an inactive account.

The interest rates varies for different currency and from day to day. Please refer to http://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/accounts/interest-rates.html for more information.

May i enquire how is the interest rate calculated for OCBC 365 account? As in the interest rate caculated is based on the account balance at which date of the month?

Bonus interests are credited into the 360 account on the 7th business day of the following month. If you were to close your account on the 1st of August, you will not be eligible for the bonus interest for the month of July.

Hi yeanyean8,

The fastest and most convenient way to change the maturity instruction of the Time Deposit is to have all the account holders visit the branch and issue an instruction.

Alternatively, if the signing condition of the Time Deposit is either one to sign, any one of the account holders can send in a Secured Email to change the maturity instructions.

Could we just clarify on what is meant by the uplifting of a Time Deposit for us to further advise?

Hi OCBC team,

Not sure if this have been answered as I just found out about this thread. So I have quite a number of coins that I would like to deposit to my newborn CDA's account with OCBC. Can you advise me the procedures plus if there's any charges involved?
