Hi anyone bought u8h and hook onto a soundbar. I notice my volume control (when adjusting soundbar volume via Hisense remote) is lag by at least 5 sec when Im using earc to the soundbar.

How’s the sound quality other than the lag..
is there supposed to be a setting so that it sync ? My set will come on the weekend. So can only let u know if I have a same problem..
BD was offering me at sgd950 for the Q800B but was keen on the Q930B

The sound quality is much better with u8h. Image i feel is also very good. Previously using Xiaomi tv. Having no issue detecting Dolby Atmos via earc. Tried all the setting but theres still a 3 to 5 sec lag between the tv and soundbar volume . I suspect it's the software issue as I read from avr forum that this happens with u8g tv as well.

got the 65" model from the showroom and delivered today. fiddle around the picture mode . a tad too bright for most picture mode settings, got to tone down brightness manually.

so far happy with the PQ , will need spend time playing around to get the settings right.

Compared to my Xiaomi tv. The pq is another level. I feel it's comparable to oled. I feel the black is near to oled quality

Haha just hook up your TV with an Android box loh.

Because if you download too many apps to your TV, your TV is probably going to lag so it's best to separate your TV and TV box.

it is love at first sight when I visited the showroom . Makes my defective TCL 65C6US looks lousy (PQ) . it's most likely the mini-LED tech that makes this TV model shine.

I think the TV quality not too bad. given the price for a QLED. Initially using the hisense soundbar, but it seems like the soundbar is unable to handle the digital signal, so randomly will have distortion sound. end up changing to a sony soundbar instead and working fine.

which model were you using for the hisense soundbar ? i realized they have removed all the listings for their soundbar from their website.
