scoot can bid business seats ???
haha checking my itinerary now lol ...
the minimum bid i think is like approx 100 per seat (for short distances) then will win one. if not, they rather not sell.

oops yeah lol they change the seating number for 787 liao ...
checked my bkk trip 787 flight ....
coz last time the boeing 777 , their biz is 10 to 15 ...
then econ is 20 onwards ...
they shifted away the toilet in 787? cos that time the scoot in silence got a toilet to the right for 777.

you meant cannot be LESS than 88? haha you try 90 and let us know if you successful. but provided like you get base fare very cheap. else not worthwhile to top up even more.

read some aussie guy travel from syd to sin last year, his folks bid A$100 and was successful. it's quite cheap considering the long distance. but maybe bid price went up this year.

Why bid higher than original price?
if you can purchase the seat at 2200b, why pay higher rite ?

the reason for the bid is as highest will get. if u can get at 2200b, why bid higher than that ?

took sydney scoot biz class, think is abt 140sgd upgrade lol... coz was sitting there, then got few ang moh paid to upgrade to bsuiness class...

oh yes, then A$100 is cheaper than S$140.

hmmm very hard to guess the lower threshold. i doubt below S$60 can win. if in that case, won't be significantly cheaper than upgrading at the counter.

people would bid above 88sgd if they no experience in that ...

eh it's very "smart" (sly) of them. like end up paying more when you can get it cheaper over the counter.

but if A$100 syd-sin, i think would be worthwhile if your tix were bought cheap.

haha yeah get what u mean :)
coz business class means very expensive to most people ... the perceived amt is most of the time higher than the actual amt ...

if i have never taken business class scoot, or never checked the upgrade price at the airport counter, might have also guessed is more than 88sgd one way ...

That's after including ++ or excluding?

Expedia prices exclude ++. Tio pian a few times so every time I will add $100 to the Expedia price. End up the price is about the same as buying directly from Cathay. :vijayadmin:

Wow really ah ?
normally check airline prices, if cathay have promo price at expedia or cheapticket, normally would check direct website.
most of the times would manage to find the price on their website promo page

can any one suggest me a cheaper flight booking website??????????????:s11:

use skyscanner or use other ota website like zuji , expedia, cheapticket
normally wont book flight from them.
would usually book directly with airline :)
just in case anything happen such as booking details or luggage checked in, or seat selection ...
think if you book from ota, not sure you can choose your seat or not :)
